Walking through the spring green of England, I noticed my steps and the scent in the air. I sat amongst the grass and under the trees. I observed my feelings and took notes in my body. In a state of presence, I started to sew. A stitch, a breath, a step. I made pathways across linen and new neural pathways connected in my mind. The thread mapped a journey into nature, creating a record, a green shape abundant with the energy of beauty.
