Commissions

I create contemporary sanctuaries — paintings made through deep listening that become places of stillness, where a deeper sense of peace can emerge.

Each commission begins with listening. I listen to you, to the space, and to what wants to emerge. Each painting is a collaboration that unfolds through presence and careful attention.

The Process

We begin with a conversation about the space, what you're drawn to, and what you're sensing.

From there, I enter a period of deep listening. The painting arrives in its own time—through symbols, colour and form that emerge through listening. Sometimes I share images as the work unfolds; at other times I wait until it is complete. Each commission has its own rhythm.

The timeline varies. Each painting is built slowly in layers of oil paint. Time is an important part of the process, allowing both the material and the painting itself to develop naturally. Each layer is given time to settle before the next is added, allowing the painting to develop its own depth and quiet presence.

I will give you an estimated timeframe at the beginning while allowing space for the work to unfold.

Investment

Commissions begin at £5,000 for smaller works on canvas.

Larger pieces and wall paintings are priced individually, depending on scale and complexity.

A deposit of 50% is required to begin. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or installation.
